Terms and Conditions
TourAmore, company of Beracah Limited
Terms & Conditions
1. General information
As a tour operator, TourAmore offers the event programmes described on the website touramore.co. Please pay attention to these Terms and Conditions because by making a booking, you accept these Terms and Conditions, which will be sent to you prior to the booking or made available to view online. They apply to all travel tours.
TourAmore (also referred to as Operator or Tour Operator) provides both self-driving and guided tours; participants are provided with digital maps and way points. Participants must hold valid international driving licenses and drive with care and attention for their own safety and the safety of others.
All persons booked under the lead name of the booking agree to these Terms.
Age restrictions
The participant must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience at the time of the event. The participant is obliged to inform the tour operator immediately of the revocation of the driving license as well as all circumstances restricting the driving license (e.g., restriction of the driving license, temporary seizure or confiscation of the driving license, or a judicial or official driving ban). Participation as a passenger under 18 is not permitted.
Deviating from this, TourAmore Tibet and other driving tours in China has the following adjusted age restrictions:
The participant must be between 25 and 70 years of age at the time of the event.
Driving License
Without presenting a valid driving license or if an official driving ban applies, or if the car rental agency does not accept the participant’s driving license for any reason, the participant has no right to participate in events of the TourAmore driving tours. In these cases, the participation fee will not be refunded.
Booking of 3rd party services
If the participant only books an additional service (e.g. excursion, extra night) from a third-party provider without further services, the tour operator only acts as an intermediary for a third-party service. The purchase of mediated third-party services creates contractual relationships exclusively between the participant and the respective provider. The name of the respective provider is determined by the respective service vouchers issued.
2. Payment
All tour fees must be paid by the payment deadlines quoted at the time of booking, which in most cases is no later than 90 days prior to the event start date.
Deposit: A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of the tour for most tours. For Epic Adventure tours (Tibet, Japan), the remaining balance is due 120 days before the start of the tour.
Late Payment: Participants who have not paid their final balance, within 90 days of the trip will be considered as having canceled without a refund.
Last-minute booking: The entire participation fee is due immediately for last-minute bookings (from the 90th day before the start of the event).
The tour fee does not include any personal expenses during the tour, including visas, petrol/diesel/electric vehicle charging costs, public transport, Euro Tunnel, ferries, airport transfers, taxis, tolls, food, drink, fines, personal loss or damage, or any other expenses of any kind. Any expense is the sole responsibility of the participant, and any unpaid charges will be invoiced by the tour operator and payable within seven days.
No refunds of any kind will be made under any circumstances, including, without limitation, if at any point after you have entered the tour (i.e., after paying any sum towards taking part in the tour), you are unable to participate for any reason. There will not be any refunds during the whole period of the tour. If you are unable to continue or decide to drop out of the tour for any reason whatsoever, the operator will not make any refunds of the fee or pay compensation to you. Each day, there is sufficient time to arrive at each destination. If any participant does not manage to complete any part of the route or trip and is unable to take part in any part of the route or trip, you will not be entitled to any refund of the tour whatsoever.
3. Hotel Accommodation
All participants will be allocated a twin or double room. Single rooms are not possible in most cases, TourAmore will do our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed. Your credit card must be provided to the hotel for each room as a security deposit when checking in. This is only for any additional charges (such as food or drinks) or damages.
4. Vehicle license and Insurance
All drivers must possess a full, valid, and unrestricted internationally recognized driver's license and a current, valid passport, along with any necessary visas. This is the sole responsibility of the participants.
4a Rental Vehicle
All participants who reserve car rentals shall be required to remit a security deposit directly to the respective car rental companies. This deposit covers any ancillary charges, including but not limited to, excess mileage beyond the agreed limit and any damages incurred. A separate contract shall be in place between the participant and the third-party car rental company. TourAmore assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle.
4b Own Vehicle
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles used in the trip are properly licensed, comply with all applicable laws and vehicle specifications in the countries/states of travel, and are fully insured for use on public highways in all countries detailed in the itinerary.
You must obtain and maintain appropriate vehicle insurance to cover your participation in the driving tour and provide proof of such insurance on the registration day in a form satisfactory to the Operator. This proof can be in the form of a cover note or a certificate of insurance. Appropriate insurance includes, without limitation, minimum third-party motor liability insurance, medical insurance, and personal liability insurance, all disclosing to the insurers that you are participating in the driving tour.
If you have hired a car, a 'vehicle on hire' certificate must be shown at registration. Participation insurance is the sole responsibility of the participants.
5. Cancellation/ Changes
5.1 Changes made by you:
Should you request any amendments to your booking, we will strive to accommodate minor changes. You must notify us of any desired amendments at the earliest opportunity. If we can implement the changes, an administration fee of £50 per person will be charged, in addition to any direct add-on costs incurred.
If we determine that the changes you propose exceed what we consider “minor,” we reserve the right to treat your request as a cancellation of the booking. This will be in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the "Cancellation Made by You" section.
5.2 Changes made by us:
While it is highly unlikely, there may be occasions when we need to amend your booking. Due to the nature of bookings made with third parties well in advance, such changes can sometimes be unavoidable. Any amendments required will be communicated to you at the earliest opportunity.
Changes may range from relatively minor adjustments, such as changes to ferry departure times or slight alterations to the planned route, to more significant changes, such as a change of accommodation.
5.3 Price change :
In the event of a subsequent change in the participation price, TourAmore will inform the participant immediately. In the event of price increases of more than 10%, the participant is entitled to withdraw from the contract no later than 90 days prior to the departure date without incurring any fees or to request participation in an event of at least the same value if the tour operator is able to offer such an event from its range at no extra cost to the participant.
5.4 Cancellation of the Tour

If an equivalent alternative driving trip is available, we will first offer you the option to participate in this alternative (or allow you to apply your fee, at the same value, toward another tour). Otherwise, you are entitled to a full refund of all monies received from you up to the time of cancellation.
If your booking is canceled due to reasons specified below (see “Termination by Us” or “Force Majeure”), we reserve the right to cancel it without refunding any monies received from you.
The operator reserves the right to change the schedule, route, and hotels without prior notice when deemed necessary.
5.7 Termination made by us:
In the interest of all concerned, we reserve the right to prohibit your participation in the tour if we become aware of any illegal, inappropriate or antisocial behaviour. If this condition is enforced you will in no circumstances be entitled to any refund of the booking fees and we will not be held responsible for any additional costs you incur as a result of your termination.
5.8 Force Majeure
The Operator cannot accept liability or refund monies if the tour must be amended or cancelled due to any circumstances outside our control or that we could not foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, riot or civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, ferry delays, or traffic delays. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible if certain attractions change their opening times or are closed.
6. Liability
The tour operator is not liable for service disruptions, personal injury and property damage in connection with services that are only mediated as external services (e.g. excursions, exhibitions, transport to and from the advertised starting point and destination) if these services are included in the event description and the booking confirmation is expressly marked as third-party services, stating the brokered contractual partner, in such a way that they are recognisable to the participant as not part of the tour operator's services.
Participation in sports and other leisure activities is the responsibility of the participant themselves. The participant should check sports facilities, equipment and vehicles before using them. The operator is not liable for any faults or issues arising from hired vehicles. This liability is exclusively governed by the contract between the car rental companies and the customers. The tour operator is not liable for accidents that occur during sports and other leisure activities if it is at fault.
7. Safety precautions
The instructions of the TourAmore team must be followed for the entire duration of each event. The wearing of seat belts is mandatory at all events.
The use of handheld mobile phones and other mobile devices and smoking while driving are prohibited.
In the event of gross violations of driving discipline, the operator is entitled to exclude the participant from further participation. In these cases, the participation fee will not be refunded.
During the driving segment, there is a ban on alcohol and drugs and other intoxicating substances that can impair driving ability. Each participant must ensure through their behaviour before the event that they meet these requirements. The operator is entitled to exclude the participant from further participation if there is a strong suspicion of alcoholism or the consumption of drugs or other intoxicating substances. In these cases, the participation fee will not be refunded.
For safety reasons, it is not permitted to take animals to the event.
Due to the international character of the events and for security reasons, so that the participant can follow the instructions of the tour guides/instructors and the security staff, the event language will be exclusively English.
Please note that selected events can have a sporting character and require a solid physical constitution and mental condition of the participants. If you have concerns about whether you meet the requirements for the desired event, we ask that you clarify this with the tour operator and a doctor before making a binding booking.
All participants must attend a safety briefing at the beginning of the event and confirm this in writing. Without participation in the safety briefing, the tour operator is entitled to refuse participation in the event. In this case, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee.
8. Legal Compliance
All participants must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of each country they travel in. This includes, without exception, all speed regulations, visas, road laws, vehicle safety laws, and laws relating to the possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or other prohibited substances. Participation in any vehicle other than the one registered is prohibited unless authorized by the operator and/or the car rental company.
If, for any reason, you decide to withdraw from the trip, your fee is neither transferable nor refundable under any circumstance. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fully up to date with the driving requirements for each country they visit.
The operator accepts no responsibility for the consequences of being refused entry or exit into or out of any country or city during the tour, including any costs incurred. This is solely the participant’s responsibility, and any additional costs incurred are solely the participant's responsibility.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
You agree to indemnify the operator, its directors, officers, employees, and consultants against any and all claims, lawsuits, and causes of action whatsoever or howsoever arising and brought against them by any third party as a result of your actions or participation in the event, including, without limitation, your violation of any laws or regulations or your breach of these Terms and Conditions of the tour.

The use of drones and action camera systems (e.g. GoPro) during the driving tour is strictly prohibited.

The names, images, and logos identifying TourAmore and all associated companies or third parties, as well as any products and services, are proprietary marks of these parties. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license or right under any intellectual property rights of the aforementioned parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Website (including the design, arrangement, and overall look and feel), as well as all material, software, or content provided as part of the Website, shall remain at all times the property of the Operator and are protected by intellectual property law.
12. Non-Competition Clause:
By agreeing to our Terms, you acknowledge that you will not organize, replicate, invest in, or fund a driving tour similar to TourAmore Tour. This includes any of its unique features, activities, and components, or any venture that attempts to benefit from the Operator’s branding or goodwill. Violation of these terms will result in immediate legal action by the Operator.
13. Travel Delays and Unused Services:
Due to the nature of advance bookings, prearranged activities may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. Any travel delays, whether foreseen or unforeseen, cannot be deemed our responsibility, and therefore, the operator will not be liable for any additional costs you may incur. Such costs include, but are not limited to, hotels, ferry crossings, hire cars, meals, and drinks.
These conditions apply regardless of how the delays were caused. Examples include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, technical difficulties, and industrial disputes. If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the tour, you will not be entitled to any refund for any unused services booked on your behalf under any circumstances.
14. Violation of Terms
If any participant violates any of the above terms and conditions or refuses to follow the instructions given by the operator prior to or during the tour, they may be prohibited from further participation in the tour.
